Free Shipping:
Spend $49 or more and we'll cover standard shipping. Worry Free! No codes! It's automatic at checkout.

Standard Shipping:
Our shipping rates are calculated automatically by USPS. We do not control the shipping rates or delivery times.

Order Processing:
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there's a delay, we'll reach out. Please allow a bit more time during high-volume periods.

Shipping Accuracy:
*Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment - additional shipping charges may apply.

**Please note, we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages that arrive late. Please reach out to the carrier first. We will more than happy to assist there afterwards.

Shipping and Receiving Butters in the Warmer Months:
The Moist Collective products are made using all natural products and many are organic meaning they may melt during the shipping process in the summer months. Your beard butter may become liquified. If this happens to your butter leave the top on and place your butter in the freezer for about an hour, then leave at room temperature overnight. Regardless of how it may appear the beard butter will still perform as it should in your beard.
