We are proud of our products and stand behind them. Your satisfaction is of upmost importance, and we will go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. With that being said below please find our Refund Policy.

If you have received a product that you are unhappy with, you are free to return it after the original purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund or store credit minus the original shipping cost we paid the carrier to originally ship your item(s).

**Shipping and handling costs are NOT eligible for refunds**

Shipping and return shipping will NOT be refunded in these cases and are responsibility of the customer. 

We go to great lengths to fulfill orders quickly and as accurately as possible. once an order has shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable and go directly to the carrier delivering your package.

Please Note:

*Personal Care Products must be unused and sealed in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons.

*If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for the same product in replacement

*If you change your mind about a product, you are responsible for the return shipping charges

Return Authorization: 

In the event you would like to return, exchange or have questions about our policy  please contact Sales@AreyouMoist.com Please include the following: Order Number, Your Name, Email, Phone Number, and reason for return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If your received either the wrong/defective product in your shipment please contact us via email at Sales@AreYouMoist.com and our customer service representative will authorize a return or replacement. You will NOT be charged shipping for any mistakes we make while preparing your order.
